Are you using ModSecurity?
I had a similar issue with both Plesk and cPanel. Once I disabled ModSecurity, it started working although that can pose some security risks.
Another thing that can cause problems is Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader. Also, if you're using Cloudflare, make sure to flush the cache after updating your theme.

For me my issue is in default theme I can't login after everything I have done, on phoenix browser I can, chrome and opera I can't sign in through default theme

Requirements

• Apache, Nginx or IIS Sever

• PHP 8.2+ and MySQL 5.0+ (Sngine also supports MySQL 8+)

• PHP Extensions: mysqli, mbstring & curl

• PHP Library: GD

• PHP Funcrions: allow_url_fopen() & mail()

• SSL certificate (Required if you want to enable Audio/Video calls or live streaming or to build the mobile apps)

  • Is your website publicly accessible?

  • Are you using an SSL certificate (HTTPS)?

  • Are you running your site on your own server (e.g. LAMP), or using shared hosting (e.g. cPanel, Plesk, Vesta, CyberPanel, etc.)?

  • Do you have access to logs, such as error logs?

  • Are you using a CDN, like Cloudflare or another service?
    

  We’ll go through everything step by step and figure out where the issue is.

  Important: Sometimes, the problem is caused by local caching on your device (PC/laptop). In that case, just clear your browser cache and try again.
