Any idea how to install this and get past the requested online purchase code??

Any idea how to update from 1.5.6 to current 2.0.3.1? I have the retail updates (NOT NULLED) from 1.5 to 2.0.3 but am not  able to null files to make them useful to me. (I have to rely on the kindness of script wizards to do that for me.)
