Tried update, Not working.. just get a blank white screen? -Then i tried full install.. same there?

I don't know if this has something to do with the 7.4 php verion i have or something? -Any suggestions?

Hi, After installing the script, I'm unable to log in. The login screen freezes despite entering the correct credentials.

After installing the script. URLs are not working properly . for example when you enter url.com/admincp. It won't work. All links on the index page are not working or redirecting to the right pages. How can i fix this. I keep getting 404 on any link i click on the index or even admin panel
