I did that and followed the steps and finished the installation and then it took me back to the activation page and I'm still stuck

Did you switched that extension in general settings ? And did you installed that plugin ?

Anyone encountered this error and knows a solution to it, would love your help, i can see my gateway, user can subscribe to a plan, but cant access the premium links, like ai image, ai video. etc..

PS: anyone need direction on how manually add a new menu to their side bar can buzz me. more or less you can change how your menu displays.

Support fixed this for me, but they didn't say which files were affected. This can be done through the database. Contact them and I'll help you.
