The reason for the error is due to several reasons

The .htaccess file is not compatible with your hosting and needs to be modified.

Your server resources are weak and need to be increased

After fixing the problem, the installation page gives an error that the page does not exist. This is a programmer error in the latest update. We will fix the problem and re-upload the update.

Another problem seems to be that the programmer has not updated the database file, so it seems that there are a lot of other fixes that need to be done
