Hello the CSS is not working on the script

Script is okay but cant upload required documents at this stage, after choosing files and click on next it doesn't upload it says "You must upload all files" please help

No, maybe you have to uninstall  it and install again.

I have tried that like 4 times and I haven't seen any change. Did you get the file from the link of this post.
