Payments & Support

• I want to purchase a file, how do I do that?

  On the file page you will find a purchase button. Click on it and pay. Once the amount is received, you will see the download button appear on the file page.

• Can I pay via PayPal?

  No, we no longer accept PayPal as a payment method because it is used a lot by scammers and it helps scammers do that.

• Can I pay in a way other than the one listed?

  We only accept the payment methods shown, and once we have other payment methods, we will support them on our platform.

• I purchased a file, how do I get support?

  You can request support by asking the seller directly in private messages or through the file's support topic if your questions do not include sensitive details.

• Do you offer refunds if the file does not work?

  Yes, we offer refunds if the file is found to be non-functional and the seller cannot fix it, or if the seller refuses to provide support to you.

• Does the support include installation services?
