I think there is a problem downloading the main file. Can you please check for it? I am having maintenance page for downloading the main file. I can download addons but not the main file. Please update.

Only super admin can install modules.

 

Creating Superadmin user:

Login to the server from Cpanel or DirectAdmin or Plesk or Filezilla (FTP) or similar panels.

Open .env file with the file editor. .env file is present inside the UltimatePOS directory

Inside the env file, you will find “ADMINISTRATOR_USERNAMES” configuration. Add the username of the user which you want to make as superadmin.

Example if you want “user1” to be superadmin then add it like below:

ADMINISTRATOR_USERNAMES=”user1″

NOTE: user1 mentioned here is for example only and the username is case sensitive.

You have to add an already existing/signed up username here. To add multiple users as superadmin you can add them comma separated.

ADMINISTRATOR_USERNAMES=”user1,user2,user3″

I Need help please when i made Sync Product Categories: this massage showing . I aredy check api key and secret key its' corrcet .
Note : ERP system on namecheap and woocommarce on hostinger

One more issue. After changing the super adming username in .env file. It is not showing me options of modules like mentioned in the help document. I want to install super admin module but I am unable to, even I hade created super admin username in .env file.

I have done this settings.

 

ADMINISTRATOR_USERNAMES=”myadminuser″

 

saved the file but this username is not getting the super admin rights and not able to install any addons/modules.

 

Please help.

On side panel, there is Module option and administrator backup. but after adding the sueradmin user, these two options not showing in my side panel.

 

Can anyone please help. I have already added the superadmin user in .env file.

Follow the steps below to get the solution -

Creating Superadmin user:

  1. Login to the server from Cpanel or DirectAdmin or Plesk or Filezilla (FTP) or similar panels.
  2. Open .env file with the file editor.   .env file is present inside the UltimatePOS directory
  3. Inside the env file, you will find “ADMINISTRATOR_USERNAMES” configuration. Add the username of the user which you want to make as superadmin.

  • Access modules tab in side menubar
