You need to activate the licenses for your domain first. This is shown in the file that includes the purchase codes. Send me a message that includes your domain and it will be activated. Then you can activate the add-ons and the provider from the script admin panel.

I don't have documentation explaining how to install it on a local server, you need to use it on a VPS which is explained in the documentation
