I did that and followed the steps and finished the installation and then it took me back to the activation page and I'm still stuck

Did you switched that extension in general settings ? And did you installed that plugin ?

Support fixed this for me, but they didn't say which files were affected. This can be done through the database. Contact them and I'll help you.

@Maxim Filippov this is a nulled script, so they wont answer me, i only bought regular license from them, i would be grateful if i could get an empty copy of your database. you can send me privately. thanks.
