So there is a bug in the code that prevents packages from being added, you need to run the following sql command via phpmyadmin to fix it.

INSERT INTO options (option_name, option_value) VALUES ('assistant_version', 'v2');
ALTER TABLE packages ADD COLUMN is_free_trial INT(11) NULL DEFAULT NULL AFTER is_custom;
