How the CertificatePro Module Works:

• Certificate Type Creation: Users can define different types of certificates, specifying whether they are for students, staff, or both. They can assign a name and a shortcode to each certificate type for easy identification and organization.
• Certificate Template Design: The software allows users to create custom templates for each certificate type. They can choose page layouts, upload background images, insert signatures and logos, and customize elements such as QR codes and certificate numbers..
• Certificate Design Adjustment: Users have the flexibility to adjust the design of templates, positioning elements as needed, and customizing styles for certificate details like names, issue dates, and QR codes. They can also reset designs to default settings if necessary.
• Certificate Generation: Once templates are set up, users can generate certificates for selected students or staff members. They can specify parameters such as class, section, and exam to filter the list of recipients, and then generate and distribute certificates with just a few clicks.
• Certificate Management: The software offers options for managing generated certificates, including printing multiple copies per page, setting certificate prefixes, and more. Users can access and track the list of certificates generated, making it easier to monitor and control the process.
