This is not a problem because WhatsApp Inc. removed this feature from the Android app and put it on WhatsApp Business for API

No, also the message list is not working. WhatsApp removed the button and message list to use it on WhatsApp Business, web, and iOS only. I think the company will remove it from iOS very soon

becouse your whatsapp server not working .. you can search in google for (check ports) and put your website and the port to check if working or not
if not working you can search here in comments how to start whatsapp server

Kamu tidak bisa melakukannya, daftar pesan (message list) hanya berfungsi di web dan iOS, bukan di Android karena aplikasi WhatsApp Business.
