Could you maybe implement this in MPWA? @Magd Almuntaser
1. Expand the webhook feature to also forward messages sent from the WhatsApp app via a callback to the webhook.

I've tried deleting the file completely and reinstalling the script but it's still the same. This is the website app.mpwa.net

resolved. the problem is only in the php extensions. just need to uncheck psr ext

All your questions that you said are in the script !!

When you write in the conversation (hi) and the webhook responds to you for example with (Hello), how did the webhook know that you said Hi????

Because the webhook receives all messages, bro .. As I told you for the millionth time, you are the one who controls the webhook.. All conversation messages are sent to the webhook and you are the one who controls them with your external programming (webhook)..

Do you want to save messages? Use the webhook

Do you want the answer from artificial intelligence? Use the webhook

Do you want to extract data from your external database? Use the webhook

Do you want to conquer the world? Use the webhook

And don't forget that you use https in the link, which means you have to use SSL for Node.. Or you can use http only in the env file and in your site link.

I'm sorry if I somehow insulted you. However, this issue is different from what I mentioned before. I've already given up on the feature I requested earlier because I've already implemented it myself by using previous version (8.5.1) of this release (9.0.2)

I think there might be another misunderstanding about this new issue. This one involves sending a copy of a message sent from the Android device registered to the gateway (from me) to the gateway’s webhook (for me).

One last thing I’d like to ask for the third time (not millions of times due to my own dumbness) maybe on this forum also:

1. Did you try sending documents (e.g., PDFs) from your number to the gateway number and receiving a response back on your gateway’s webhook? I’m asking in a non-developer way since your solution seems tailored for advanced users familiar with coding. For example, if a PDF file is sent from a number not registered on the gateway to the number that is registered in MPWA app, does the webhook respond by forwarding that document in any form? You can use webhook.site as an example. Please note that I’m not asking about sending documents via the API endpoints.

2. Did you also try sending a message from the gateway number (using the Android or iPhone device) not API endpoints, and did the webhook provide a copy of the message sent? Again, I’m asking in a non-developer context. For example, if I send a simple “Hi” message from WhatsApp on the phone registered to the gateway (MPWA), will the webhook.site respond with a copy of that message saying “Hi”? I’m expecting the webhook to reflect what I sent (“Hi”), not how to respond to the message with a reply like “Hello.”

If my comment somehow insults anyone, I sincerely apologize. Maybe language barriers are causing these misunderstandings since I’m from Indonesia. If the admin wants to ban me, that’s okay; I’ll stop following this development. I just don’t understand why my comments are so irritating.

I genuinely want this script to be the best it can be for everyone, not just for developers. The feature I requested earlier has already been implemented in my version.

Great you @Magd Almuntaser , I'd make a test for 9.0.2 and it was awesome work, almost all features going great, it just a small bug I found, but that's not a big deal, I can fix it by myself.

Here I have a bit question about AI, I just found the ai using a very general method to answer the question that received, can u update it on next update to use multimodal or contentsteam, so the ai be able to decode an images,pdf, or a small data's that we provide.

So the ai not only read and answer about generative text only, I think it will be great feature for next future.

As for the multimodel, I don't think it will be in mpwa, I think the basic AI is enough, but you can change any model you want from the env file. You will find the model name below each API link. You can change it, for example, to GPT-4 or GPT 4o or Preview o1, and so on with gemini you can change it to pro or flash.

It's not good to have gpt 4, gpt 4o, preview, and gemini flash and gemini pro ... etc. So why all this? It's better to have a basic AI in MPWA and you can change only one model. and don’t forget you can use gemini, gpt, dall-e and claude at the same time.

As for the possibility of AI reading PDF files and images, yes, I have been thinking about this before, and I will do it in one of the future versions.

Apa isi pesan json yang dikirim?

• pesan json yang dikirim dari waku.com ke webku.com mengandung informasi antara lain: nomor pengirim, isi pesan, dan data lain yang berupa file binary (buka text) seperti gambar, pdf, dll, yang telah diencode menggunakan base64, sehingga data lain ini terkirim berupa text/ string.

Apa yang akan dilakukan webhook Anda?

• webhook Anda akan merespon berdasarkan pesan json yang terkirim tadi. Misal isi pesan dalam json adalah “hi”, maka webhook Anda bisa mengirim pesan balik berupa “hai juga“. Dan kirim pesan tersebut ke nomor pengirim yang disertakan dalam pesan json tadi.

• jika terdapat data lain (yang sudah diencode menggunakan base64, sehingga yang terkirim ke webhook Anda sekarang berupa string text), maka silakan decode string tersebut dan simpan dalam server. Setelah didecode dan disimpan dalam server, maka string tersebut akan menjadi file sebagaimana aslinya, misal gambarlucu.jpg, dan bisa diakses karena memiliki URL, misalnya webku.com/files/gambarlucu.jpg

• Anda bisa mengirim gambar tersebut ke nomor lain menggunakan webhook

Secara garis besar seperti itu. Memang ini berjalan dalam developer way, karena terdapat coding untuk mengelola webhook. Jadi pesan yang diterima WA Gateway tidak serta merta diforward ke nomor lain, ada proses di sana yang melibatkan pemrograman.

Untuk men-decode base64 menjadi gambar atau file lain, silakan googling. Saya sendiri belum pernah dan belum tahu cara untuk decode base64 ke file selain gambar. Tentunya banyak tutorialnya di google.

Hi @DikaNura , I'm trying to understand your question and try to answer to the best of my knowledge.

So the flow of receiving messages and sending via webhook is as follows:

• you send a message from Android (0811xxxx0001) to the number registered in WA Gateway (0811xxxx0002)

• The message is received on all devices that are logged in 0811xxxx0002, for example iPhone & WA Gateway (for example waku.com)

• After WA Gateway is received by waku.com, waku.com sends a message in the form of json to the webhook address that you have set, for example webku.com/webhook

• Your webhook manages the sending of the json message for whatever your needs are

What is the content of the json message sent?

• json messages sent from waku.com to webku.com contain information including: sender number, message content, and other data in the form of binary files (not text) such as images, pdfs, etc., which have been encoded using base64, so that this other data is sent in the form of text/string.

What will your webhook do?

• Your webhook will respond based on the json message sent earlier. For example, if the message content in json is "hi", then your webhook can send a return message in the form of "hi too". And send the message to the sender number included in the json message earlier.

• If there is other data (which has been encoded using base64, so that what is sent to your webhook is now a text string), then please decode the string and save it on the server. Broadly speaking like that. Indeed, this works in a developer way, because there is coding to manage webhooks. So messages received by WA Gateway are not immediately forwarded to other numbers, there is a process there that involves programming.

To decode base64 into images or other files, please google. I myself have never and do not know how to decode base64 into files other than images. Of course there are many tutorials on Google.

I don't know what you mean, but if you mean that if the webhook doesn't receive the message, the ai will reply on behalf of the AI
Then mpwa is basically like this.. If you set up the AI on the panel and also set up autoreply and also webhook, the order of the reply will be like this:

The problem may be as @Aidil Aryanto said, the problem may be with mod_security, it should be stopped.. Also about 8.5.1, the sticker system was changed in version 9.0.0, check the changelog because the previous system was causing RAM consumption.
