It's already nulled, put any data in the license field and it should work

@Mahmoud  Thank you for the addons, but Manufacturing module was not nulled, I took the time to null it, here is the file that need to be edited:

Path: /Modules/Manufacturing/Http/Controllers/InstallController.php

Just comment out from line: 38 to 71

or replace with the this file:

InstallController.php
