PacketStream turns your computer or phone into a proxy and sells the access to the proxy on the Marketplace. The more users use your proxy the more you earn. Currently PacketStream is paying 10 cents per 1 GB of bandwidth used.

The minimum payout is $5 by PayPal and it takes 1 to 2 months to achieve the first payout. After the first payout, the time to get paid becomes shorter if you recommend PacketStream or if there is a increase of traffic to your proxy.

Currently online there isn't any good alternative to PacketStream. There is HoneyGain, Fluidstack and a few others but i never got paid from them.
