You have to pack this file under /vendor/rachidlaasri/laravel-installer/src/Repositories and then you have to delete the ApplicationStatusRepository and add the first one.

Marketplace does not work. (I will have another look)

If you go to theme nothing is displayed I have to see if I can fix it I don't think so.
