Fixed download bypassing (caused by IPS code).

  • Updated for IPS 4.7.
  • Removed the forced exclusion of admins and moderators, and instead added a choice of groups that should put a reaction.
  • Fixed a bug with the Reload button on forums with Rewrite disabled (index.php).
