readme.txt not working

without license key it wont work

i do all of this but not working

# Installation Instructions

## Step 1: Add License Key

Place your license.key file in the main directory:

/home/user/public_html/panel/ or your own sub-domain directory

## Step 2: Import Database

Import the SQL file located at:

/home/resellercenter/public_html/panel/sql/db.sql

You can use phpMyAdmin or the following MySQL command:

I have a question, did you get permission from the original owner of this panel? And I don't know what his goal was when he went and created a domain with the exact name of the original domain and included it with this panel.

Most of the files are encrypted with ioncube and need to be decoded to remove the license, otherwise this panel cannot be used.
