I installed the script and did everything needed to do, but the homepage is always bringing error 404

Please who can assist me to solve this.

I have installed higher version, deleted the files and installed the lower version, still bringing same error.

I will appreciate your assistance please

Wasn't able to install it.. due to it required php v 8.2+ (or more) -Really sad for me... -This was along waiting to see a working upgrade from 3.13 -Hope there will be a version for php7.4 -Thank you and good job guys/girls
