    This is the most unhelpful response I have ever received. From the photo you can see that my max upload size is 10gigs and site upload size is obviously set. And moreover the message on the photo is a default instruction. Well, thanks anyway. I have since fixed it

    Thanks. I already fixed the problem. I had to enable one of the 3rd party storage options.

    Hello. I just bought the script, but there is an error. I keep getting an 'undefined' error whenever I try to upload a video. You can see the error in the photo I attached, also my server max upload size and site upload size is big enough.
