This works very well so far even the demo content loaded without issue. do not use it on php 7.3 though , it will run but not properly . thanks again for another great post Mahmoud

wow no this does not work neither does the one direct from codecanyon . i purchased this today to see if it was just the null and nope . have a ticket open with the dev to solve the issues its missing the user folder and anything needed to login

errors on database creation during install , creates one table and none of the others
