    It will require open ai api key and some other keys, but for initial installation this is fully covered well in the documentation in the downloadable file for both local and server however there is a license block, the file is not nulled , so you won't get very far

    the License verification still showed in the admin panel and worst of all , after less than a week of using it the site shuts down and asks for the license verification , it's not nulled.
