Create new account and make admin role in phpmyadmin

How to change fetched language? I cant see any language setting for tmdb or imdb api. Problem is with some llanguages in korean,cn and other lang where anybody dont understand i need english lang primary and if not english lang set to original lang. Oh and search bar searching names only by language what is selected on top right bar. If i select english it find eng titles if i change to arabis it find arabic titles,,,is there any idea how to repair it and find titles on all langueages doesnt matter what main language is selected by user and it there any possibilities find only movies and series not episodes too by title? Can someone help me?
