You're seeing that error because you haven't updated the .env file with your db info

Nothing is saved or updated when you make changes on any settings and the openai api key settings field is disabled

i'm able to login but OpenAI API key is not working.

when i test it gives a error

 

Client error: `POST https://api.openai.com/v1/engines/davinci/completions` resulted in a `429 Too Many Requests` response: { "error": { "message": "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.", (truncated...) - 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 -FAILED
