Hello. Are the modules unlocked for this script? On their website they have modules I would like to have, but they won't sell to me, LOL

Hell0. I just purchased this script. I have it installed but when going to admin/settings/ to change any front end settings like logo's I get a 403 forbidden error. Please help.
