This usually occurs in international shipments. Such charges may include but is not limited to freight, fuel, shipping cost, etc. There will be default charges existing upon plugin activation. These charges can be altered base on your preference through WPCargo. These charges will be added on Woocommerce checkout as additional fee and will be included in the total amount. This is only available if you have enabled your Woocommerce Integration. WPCargo Parcel Quotation allows clients to request for shipment quotation by adding shipment information themselves. Administrator/Employee reviews and quotes the shipment with the extra charges for approval. An email notification will be sent to the client with the complete information of shipment including the additional charges. Clients will then have the capability to approve or decline the quoted shipment and if approved and Woocommerce integration is enabled, they will go through the Woocommerce checkout for payment processing.
