i followed your ssl on cpanel trick and enable ssl and i am root user of cpanel so i run server.js using pm2 froom root.

You have a problem with your server that it prevents long messages.. I tried now on your site and registered a new account and tried to send a long message and it was not accepted..
Is this a vps? Do you have access to ssh.. If you can, first edit this file:
server/lib/pino.js and set it to level: 'debug'
Then go to ssh and stop nodejs and start it again without closing the window. Try sending a long message and see the log that will appear and let me know
