Okay sir, I'll provide the details:

1. I tried sending a regular auto-reply message of **text** type.

2. I also tried sending a regular auto-reply message of **media** type.

What happened was, when I first tried it in a private chat, it worked normally. Then, I tested it by calling it in a group, and the message didn't display completely. After that, I tried going back to a private chat, and the message also didn't display completely, even though it had displayed fine before.

The system everything else, apart from this auto-reply system, is working normally, sir.

I've attached a demonstration video for the text message type, and it's exactly the same when the type is media.

Kalo sama berarti bener scriptnya ada bugs atau dari socket baleys (karena sekali lagi ini unofficial dari wa) jadi jangan berharap lebih, tapi jika di vps aman saja berarti emg hosting dibatasi.

Muantab, @Unicode penjelasannya udah polllll top cer ini mah. VPS di VS sama cPanel Hosting (shared) apalagi di VS sama VPS yang engga pakai panel.
Ini nomor saya belum pernah ke log out sama sekali dari dulu wkwkwk. Dari jaman v9 malah no panel - panel an. Ekekekee.

if you caught on this, there's possible file permission, or else the script tried to read, write, or execute the file that is not within the allowed paths, or outside the base directory / incorrect file path.

What will be available in version 11.0.0:

- A chat system will be added.
- A customer service system will be added (integrated with chat).
- Some Indian payment gateways will be added.
- Order design changes.
- AI can be disabled using a (label) within the chat.


About stopping the AI using a (Label), this can help customer service agents when they want to intervene in a conversation with a client. They can disable the AI with a single click for that specific chat, so the AI's replies don’t interfere with their real responses.

But let me explain to those who might not be familiar with how versioning works:

For example: 10.1.0

The 10 refers to major changes and big system updates.
The 1 represents medium-level changes that moderately affect the system.
The 0 is for minor tweaks and small bug fixes.

Now, the chat and customer service system is not a small feature. The moment has come to build this system, because a year ago I told you that I was planning to add a chat system inside MPWA. But to be honest, I thought:

What’s the point of a basic chat inside MPWA?

You can already use your phone or open (web.whatsapp.com) to chat directly, so why should we add chat inside MPWA?

That’s why I decided the chat system must be linked to customer service, and customer service should be linked to the support tickets system, which connects to users, users are linked to plans, plans are linked to orders, and orders are connected to payment gateways.

So, before I could even build the customer service and chat system, I had to first develop:

Users → Plans → Orders → Payments → Tickets → and now Chat & Customer Service

Now you understand why the chat feature was delayed until now?

Because I don’t want a basic chat inside MPWA. You already have access to chat from your phone or WhatsApp Web.
So, stay tuned for version 11.0.0, coming very soon!

And before that, there’s also a plugin called “MPWA Notifications v1.0.0” for WordPress WooCommerce users.

Yes, I can integrate Bexa AI into MultiBot, but there will be two options.
The first option is: if you click on MultiBot, you'll find Bexa included among the other models. However, its responses there will be standard, just like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
If you go to the dedicated Bexa AI page, you'll be able to customize it further, just like in the current version 10.1.0.
In other words, the Bexa AI page offers more customization, while the version inside MultiBot will behave similarly to the other models.

I didn't understand what you meant, please clarify it more… The current system separates each conversation from the other.
For example, if number 8612xxxx is chatting with an AI model, their conversation is completely separate from number 619xxxxx.
As for the System Instruction, it only tells the AI what to do, but the model itself doesn't actually know who it's talking to.
It has no idea whether it's speaking with 8612xxxx or 619xxxxx, because the model can't see phone numbers at all.
So, you can't say, "If number 619xxxxx talks to you, don’t reply," because the model has no access to any list of phone numbers.

About (Reject Calls does not work, I tried with different numbers):
Can you clarify the issue more? Is it that you can't activate the button at all, or is the button already activated but it's still receiving calls?
And keep in mind that, for now, only voice calls are being rejected—not video calls. But I will work on a solution for video calls later.

Yes, I actually thought about this earlier, the ability to send Media, List, Product, and Button messages, but not in all models, only in Bexa.
That’s because Bexa is owned by our company, OneXGen Technology, so we have full control to customize it from within the Bexa system to make it interact with MPWA.
So yes, this is an upcoming step I plan to implement.

let's say someone chats with the AI, they reach a point that need to get a message (let's say a request, an issue they are facing) and this needs to be forwarded to an admin. can the bot do that? I tried to explain to the AI with prompt to do this but it was not able.

Reject Calls: I called the number connected to the AI bot, but the call was not rejected. it was a voice call, the call was not rejected and Reject message was not sent.

This would be great, I am definitely wiling to subscribe if these awesome features are added

You can use (system instraction) like that:

If the user asks to speak with a human or management, you must reply with:
"Your request has been forwarded to the management team. A representative will contact you as soon as possible."
Do not attempt to handle such requests yourself. Simply acknowledge and reassure the user.

for example AI BOT uses number XXXX. A user, with any number sends it a message, bot responds. User asks to speak with a human. Can the bot forward or send a message to number YYYYY (admin or agent number) in order to know someone is asking to speak with them?

Currently no, but I can do it in Bexa AI soon, there are modifications that I will make in Bexa-MPWA to make the interaction more like as you said sending buttons, list, images.. and other features..
