I didn't encounter any problems with the campaigns!
I've tested it on more than one site, and it works correctly. For example, when you input 10 seconds and have 100 numbers in your campaign, each number will be sent at 10-second intervals. This means:

Wait 10 seconds

Number sent..

Wait 10 seconds

I've tested it, and it works correctly.

saya meng-enhance fitur delay, tepatnya dynamic delay untuk campaign (saya bisa set delay range e.g: 10-20 detik)

Thanks to @dammah for this idea. I got it from him a while ago, but I'm implementing it in the newer versions.

Regarding the other campaign feature, MPWA is supposed to be like this, but users have informed me that there's actually a bug in the way it conflicts with other users when they use two campaigns at the same time.

So I'll try to fix this issue in the next versions. So thank you (Punya Kursus) for your suggestions.

I have not tried Cloudpane before so I cannot give you the correct guide, but if you can send me your site data privately and I will try to install the version for you
