This issue only started happening recently, even though nothing has changed from my side. So I’m wondering if there’s been a new requirement for a paid subscription, or if something else has changed in the integration?

Are you using VPS or shared hosting?

Do you use Cloudflare or not?

What type of control panel does your site have?

Your antivirus has deleted some files. You should disable your site's antivirus and replace the CustomController.php file in the following path:
app/Http/Controllers/Payments/CustomController.php

MPWA 10.5.1 should be run on Nodejs 20.x and above only.

Because no script in the world knows whether the user visited the site for the first time or not.. The IP in the world changes every second.. So it is preferable for the user to go to the login page instead of register because the user may have registered before!!!

@Magd Almuntaser bagaimana cara atur delay untuk tes semua fitur pesan yang ada di menu ini , karena di sini tidak ada fungsi atur delay tidak seperti di menu campaign pak ! jadi untuk blasting dari menu ini 🙏
dan untuk blasting / campaign di waktu yang bersamaan sama sekali tidak bisa berfungsi

misal nya saya punya 5 akun whatsapp yang tersambung dan menjalankan campaign sekaligus
tapi yang bisa mengirim pesan hanya 1 campaign saja yang lain status nya hanya memproses dan tidak mengirim chat apa pun. ketika saya pause dan mulai kembali tetap saja gagal . beda seperti WALAZY yang bisa mengirim banyak pesan campaign sekaligus dalam waktu yang bersamaan pak

In this page, there is no delay because it is just a (test message). The actual delay is only present in campaigns.
It can be sent millions of times at the same time on the campaign page.

@Magd Almuntaser Sir, may I request for the next update of MPWA to maximize its security level to reduce hacks or bugs that can harm hosting and 2 more features, namely WhatsApp Web is available in it so that every time you switch accounts, WhatsApp Web will also switch according to the selected account, such as multi-accounts, and also available and lastly, WhatsApp Warmer. I think this feature is very useful for almost all MPWA users. and I hope this feature is available in the next update so we don't need to open WhatsApp Web which burdens the computer because we have to open lots of Google Chrome to contact customers to take turns replying to WhatsApp messages

Make sure Midtrans has already activated your account, as you cannot activate production if your account is still not fully activated in Midtrans.
After they activate your account, properly configure your account within Midtrans, including activating gateways like Qiris and others.

Ya, saat mengubah status Orders menjadi complete tidak akan otomatis memberikan paket kepada pengguna, karena gateway pembayaran ini bersifat manual. Jadi, kamu harus masuk ke halaman Manage Users dan memberikan paketnya dari sana (misalnya masa berlaku langganan, fitur, jumlah pesan, dan lain-lain).

Kenapa tidak dibuat otomatis dari halaman Orders?
Karena bisa saja kamu salah menekan complete pada pengguna yang sebenarnya tidak ingin kamu set complete, sehingga paket sudah diberikan ke pengguna. Lalu saat ingin mengubah status menjadi failed, paket tersebut tidak akan terhapus dari akunnya. Hal ini bisa terjadi misalnya pengguna tidak sengaja membuat dua order dan kamu ingin menghapus salah satunya. Jika status diubah ke failed, paket yang ada di akunnya akan ikut terhapus.

Oleh karena itu, karena gateway pembayaran ini manual (transfer bank), proses aktivasi sepenuhnya dilakukan secara manual, pertama ubah status di halaman Orders menjadi complete, lalu masuk ke halaman Manage Users untuk memberikan fitur-fiturnya.
