After the new update, there are several issues. The webhook is not working, auto-reply is not functioning, and if the online status is enabled, any message sent just shows as "Last Sent" instead of being delivered. I am sending you the screenshot below.

@Magd Almuntaser,pak apakah whatsapp gateway ini hanya bisa di pakai di subdomain saja bukan di main domain ? sudah saya coba di domain utama selalu gagal dan tidak berhasil muncul kan barcode saat scan padahal node js sudah berfungsi normal

apakah webhook benar2 dihapus di versi v11.0.0 ?? soalnya saya belum install update nya...

Make sure Nodejs is working or not.. Check your info carefully

It works, but you turned them off by clicking on (AI) icon. This turns off AI, Autoreply, and Webhook:

It is preferable to put it on a subdomain, because most shared hosting refuses to run any NodeJS script on the main domain.
Unless you are using a VPS, you can put it on the main domain.

The reason your shared hosting is bad is that it seems that your shared hosting did not give you enough resources to run the script.

To all members here:
MPWA is working without issues and has been tested on more than 16 websites with different shared hostings. My mistake was that I didn’t inform you that when you press the AI button in the chat, it is specifically for Customer Service purposes. This icon disables Autoreply, AI, and Webhook so you can talk with your client without interference from these tools (Autoreply, AI, Webhook).

So, if you are in a conversation with your client and you don’t want AI, Webhook, or Autoreply to interfere, press this button… or press it again to allow them to intervene.

I had mentioned before that I would create a video tutorial explaining the usage, but I couldn’t find the time. So, if I find some time, or if anyone here can make a tutorial video, I hope they do so, as it will make it easier for others to understand how these buttons work.

However, in future releases, I will try to enable the use of a single number by multiple users to make customer service fully integrated.

Note: Since a large percentage of users use shared hosting, the chat system has been set to display only the last 20 messages and the last 20 conversations.
One conversation = 20 messages.
This way, we will keep the site's resources from being consumed.

Note: Only personal messages appear, groups do not appear in the chat because they are not important in appearing in the chat system within MPWA.

I will try in the coming days to upload the (MPWA Notifications) WordPress plugin because I am very late..

Mas next jika ada update lagi untuk Chat System nya saya menyarankan ditambahkan fitur
1. Balasan cepat (seperti wa bisnis menggunakan prefix / untuk memanggil)
2. Reply /quoted balasan pesan dari client (seperti wa web)
3. Note/Tag/Label (catatan untuk conversation) jadi akan memudahkan jika misal ada yang masalah atau ingin menambahkan suatu catatan pada nomor tersebut

Well, this means that your hosting has disabled the functions required to check CPU statistics. So my advice is, since the hosting has blocked these essential functions, just leave it and look for another hosting provider. We don’t know what else they might have disabled, and in the future, you may not be able to use MPWA because of other blocked functions.

No no, I have 2 subdomains and I checked in the second domain and it shows me in it.

Do I have to change the permissions in the file manager?

Bro, jadi mari kita balik lagi ke poin pertama bahwa Node.js memang nggak jalan di tempatmu ..
Situsmu jalan di https tapi kamu pakai http jadi itu bikin error .. kamu pakai Apache dan websitemu nggak pakai SSL jadi itu juga bikin error ..
Coba buka halaman troubleshoot dan lihat apa masalahmu di sana ..
Buka browser Google Chrome, klik Developer Tools, lalu cek bagian network apakah ada error atau nggak ..

Aku nggak bisa tahu apa masalahmu cuma dari kamu bilang CPU nggak jalan .. jadi coba cek dulu apa masalahmu lalu kasih tahu aku dengan jelas supaya aku bisa bantu kamu ..

Thank you, now the problem is clear. You cannot use SSL on a shared hosting that uses Nginx because Nginx works as a reverse proxy, which means it will not recognize the SSL.
There are several things you need to do to fix your issue. The first step is to copy these files from the script’s compressed package in the forum here and replace them on your site:

• server.js

• route/web.php

After replacing these two files, stop Node.js and then start it again. Do not use restart, stop it first, then start it again.
