This would make it much easier for users to visually design and manage chatbot workflows without needing to code each step manually.

However, there is something I would like to ask. In the troubleshooting results, I noticed a red warning related to:
Checking origin SSL certificate...
SSL certificate not configured for Apache. Follow instructions: https://www.onexgen.com/mpwa/short/ssl-apache

I am using a VPS system with the aapanel control panel. I have properly set up SSL in the aapanel settings, and the entire system runs without any issues. But every time I run the troubleshooting, that part always appears in red. Should I just ignore it, or is there something I can do to fix this, Sir?

The error I see is that you are using Apache. The problem with Apache is that it requires SSL files to run Node.js so it can work over wss instead of ws.

But if your site is using Nginx, it handles reverse connections, so it doesn’t require SSL.

It seems that you are accessing your site with an http link, not https . That’s why if you use https, Node.js will not work for you.

Anyway, if Node.js is working fine for you as you said, then you can ignore the issue. But if I were you, I would follow the steps on page 43, because I already explained how to get the SSL files and run them with Node.js to avoid any future problems.

Alright Sir @Magd Almuntaser , thank you for your response. For now, I might choose to leave it as it is, since the entire MPWA system is running smoothly and Node.js is also working well. I have also implemented the part related to SSL on page 43.

In the future, if this issue interferes with the MPWA system, then I will look for a solution to fix it.

Open the (troubleshoot page) to see what exactly your problem is, because it seems that you did not set the cronjob.

1. WhatsApp scans don't have to be from a barcode, but can be done with an OTP, like in previous MPWA versions 7.x.x - 8.x.x.

2. Integration of the GROK AI bot from X.ai is possible.

3. The ticket history feature in the user interface has been fixed due to error 403.

4. The dark mode display should be dark gray, like the new WhatsApp web display, so that text is more visible in dark mode.
