The OTP must come from an external source, meaning for example if you have another website like a blog, WordPress, or any site, you can send OTP through MPWA using the API.

But MPWA itself cannot generate or use OTP internally, because the admin would have to add a new phone number and set it as the OTP number. Tomorrow, if your shared hosting is bad and shuts down Node.js, neither you nor your customers would be able to log in, since the OTP message would not reach your phone due to Node.js being down.

I had paid a developer that made a custom gateway for my wp server arrocy and was 2 factor plugin free and had options, authenticator, email, and my custom gateway whatsapp. If this can help i can share it here but still need to updated on the latest update of plugin

about the "full" feature, if you use it in a webhook or API, the full response from the WhatsApp server will be displayed as is.
This is useful for those using external tools like n8n and others.
If you don't use "full," the old default response will remain.

Could you add a Live Chat API option?
This would allow us to access chats directly using a messageId via API. Many users (myself included) are facing issues with Live Chat, especially socket.io wss errors on Nginx and FastPanel setups. Having an API-based way to fetch chats would solve this, since the messages can already be accessed from the database.

In the upcoming version 11.3.0, you can use full data on webhooks, you can use it for external live chat. 👆

@Magd Almuntaser,I have noticed an error, all your devices show status green but I cannot send messages. When I click on Connect Via QR, I see a QR code, in short, all my devices are disconnected.

I have some questions can you help me regarding these, how to increase limit 10 devices to unlimited? Basically i want to use externally so i need more limits, also is this safe to use 100-200 Whatsap account on your project? Whatsapp will not flagged our ip or blocked our all accounts?

Make sure Node.js is running properly.
You can try deleting the device, then re-creating it, and then scanning. It should work fine.
