hi, if any message sending failure via API, and then its available in admin panel messages-history section. so, when i try to Resend that message manually ,then i got error message (“Something went wrong while resending message”)

Your hosting has disable the is_file open_basedir function so the system could not find the real curl path. You can contact your hosting company to open this function or ask them about the real curl path.

This error still appears in version 9.5.0.
If I delete a user who has had tickets before, I won't be able to use the Manage Tickets menu in the admin dashboard anymore.
