I’m using VPS on Debian 12, i tried fixing the permission by chown -R www-data:www-data on the /vendor/laravel/framework
and now showing 0
before is owned by root

Your problem is not with permissions, your problem is that there is no symlink on the storage folder
Run this command:

ln -s /path/to/your/mpwa/storage/app/public /path/to/your/mpwa/public/storage

when sending a normal text, but when sending the media it doesn’t recognize the sender’s number

oo ok then, i was though it because permission haha. already run the command.

the public folder if i click it backs to public public and public again, should i delete it?

yes delete public from storage folder and upload public again to storage from zip file .. becouse public have cache folder

Column 1 enter the contact's name and in column 2 enter the full number without +

Important: Format column 2 as a number without decimals.

Number 1.. I did not understand much what you mean, but as long as you are using the API there is no bulk message through the API so you can control the delay from your external program..
about number 2 i will do my best but I will ask you later for a demo account if there is a problem that I cannot open an account because I am in Indonesia.
