How to fix?

SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘user‘@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I went trough about 40 pages of comments trying to find out any more info or fix for this matter.

It’s not a privileges issue as the DB user has FULL ACCESS to the DB, and when executing the SQL query within the DB I get a result (that was created within the installation process, so that confirms there is write access also)

Seems like the linked version within DoniaWeb does not work when trying to install (not sure why), but managed to install and run successfully with the version linked within the docs.

It's the same, but your problem is that you entered the wrong database username the first time.
Look at you user‘@'localhost There is no username like this.

Your files are missing.. Or you are trying to replace files from a previous version to a newer version..

Each version is different from the other because the files in each version are modified..

The solution?

First try to update again. Change the version to 8.5.1 in the config/app.php file and go to the mpwa panel to find the update again.

Or reinstall if you have replaced files from previous versions.

Look at the second image in your reply, how do you use the ticket link for the user while you are an administrator?

The admin tickets link contains the word admin..

Open the ticket from the admin panel and do not copy the link from the user.

No bro. The problem is, if I login with user account and view the ticket that I created, then show that error. The first image to show if I login in with admin account, view ticket working.

Yeay. i’ve setting SMTP and my site get stopping.

and you update to 9.0.2 and upload file from page 177 ?
if yes, mpwa is not compatible with hosting.. It seems that there are a lot of closed functions that prevent mpwa script from working properly.
Try another host

Yeay already update to 9.0.2 and upload ticket fix.
I don’t know where is the problem, because view with admin account is working fine.

I was thinking about this too with simple question or recaptcha to prevent bot from swarming hahaha.

i think port 25 is closed on shared hosting.
Port 25 is using for the default SMTP Protocol. Which usually closed to fight against spam. Or being used if the internal host use the port for SMTP.

As adhiete told you do not use port 25 because it is a port used by SMTP

And you must use 4 digit numbers..
