I am using wa.arotas .com module they are using mpwa v7 same thing woring on their system but same module not working on mine ... even i tried with urlencode as you suggested its still not working.

I used the link directly in my browser by putting all api_key details numbers and msg with urlencode still it show in browser,

ok check your nodejs is running or not .. go to Admin->Settings Server and see your port
