Hello, I have a question about this site unzend.net

Is this site a scam? Is there someone I deal with on this site?

I have 2 experiences on the site. One of them was that I purchased a file decryption service and the file was actually decrypted 100% correctly.

The other service is that I purchased the script through a discount, but the discount was a manual payment through the LTC currency payment ID

But he asked me to wait 48 hours for the payment to be confirmed by the third party. I have been waiting for 7 days and the person normally responds via mail saying that so far there is no information regarding the third party payment confirmation and asking me to wait.

Has anyone tried the site or something like this?
