Can you tell me how to fix it?

Yes Sir, follow the steps if you have the same email extension!

1. first login into cpanel and go to file manager

2. select the folder where the whmcs is installed.

3. then go to templates/lagom/core/extensions

4. upload the email folder you got from this .zip

5. go to your whmcs admin panel, go to RSThemes addon

6. then go to extension select the email extension and activate it and all done.

Still if you need anything please contact me through email: turijacityy@gmail.com
