Wowonder script issue

Wowonder script issue: Posts are hanging up (spinning wheel). If the page is refreshed, the post has actually published, but the issue is causing people to retry to post multiple times, in which case, there are several duplicate posts. please help me

You have to enable allow_url_fopen
