when i am clicking on the statistics and clicking on open statistics it's not showing any email, lot of audience opened my email but i couldn't able to view the email address which has been opened or clicked. can anyont solve the issue please? or suggest me something i ca do to fic it.

When i tried to change settings, this is displayed, to any settings i changed write permissions and nothing 😞

You can contact me for any of your interspire fixing bugs or amendment new modules. I have been working on IEM from last 8 years and deep knowledge of its programming.

Please share details of your IEM login I can fix issue and if it fixed already I can help you development of any new functionality in IEM.

@Jörg Kottenrodt please share the screenshot of what error you are geek during upgrade. This way I can help you better.

I think we need to start upgrade process again as there is no From: showing in above errors and also upgrade errors also not showing.

Where did you 6.4 version. From official IEM website? Because it seems issue with version you are upgrading. I need access to your system and need copy of 6.4.0 I will review and let you know.

6.40 i got from your download

I have still 6.2 installed. I wanted to upgrade, because i can`t login anymore. The system tells me, there is no user or no password.

I proofed both in the database and there is it correct. When I try to get a new password, the system tells me, after i click the link, the link is not valid. tried it very often.

This was not my download. I am just a user on this website and some other user uploaded that 6.4 version 

@Jörg Kottenrodt I can fix this from backend Database and create a new password which you can change later.
