Isn't all in one video downloader a WordPress plugin? This website doesn't looks like WordPress

100% что это не вордпресс, структура ссылок совершенно другая, например

Я думаю это или All in One Video Downloader или чтото подобное.

I has found and install v 1.6.2 and doenst work - https://tiktok.iztegli.me/ it gives me error when i try to download video.

You need paid hosting. On freeware many components are disabled to prevent spam through them.

Try to register for https://webhost1.ru/registration

if you succeed, then you can take a normal hosting with full functionality for a month for free
