@Magd Almuntaser I have a suggestion. Under the plan section, can you add free plan that will include a compulsory footer message from the platform.

This means that if a user is using the free plan, there will be a footer message from the messages sent from that user that is predetermined by the admin.

This is a way of marketing the platform using footer messages for free users.

If USER-1 has an ongoing scheduled task and USER-2 starts the new task at the same time, both tasks become stuck.

What could be a possible solution for this scenario?

As i remember, there’s not possible the both tasks become stuck. if the USER-1 has an ongoing scheduled task, and USER-2 starts the new task at the same time with USER-1, or even USER-3 has task too on the same time. AFAIK, The scheduled task will be running at the same time and programmatically organized. I already try it before. With the 5 or 6 user on the same time.

Yes. I am in Indonesia and have a 13 digit number. if I add the country code then it will be more than 13 digits. and can't add contacts, except importing from excel.
