Sunday at 07:38 AM3 days @Magd Almuntaser,baik pak terima kasih untuk penjelasan nya. itu karena saya memakai shared hosting , tapi apakah anda ada saran bagaimana cara memperkuat whatsapp agar tidak mudah terblokir saat blasting? karena saya setiap hari melakukan kampanye ke semua pelanggan saya untuk info promo , update , dll tapi selalu terblokirdan mungkin saat kampanye apakah bisa di tambahkan kode untuk penyebutan karena saya lihat di sini hanya ada penyebutan nama {name}mungkin kalau ada penyebutan tanggal misalnya {date} , atau di buat kode acak {random}, {time} , dll bisa sedikit membantu karena agar konten/informasi blast tidak 100% duplikat

Apakah itu penyebab masalah yang saya alami setelah update ke versi 11.4.0?Previously, I only replaced the server folder and the server.js file with the official version 11.2.0 because version 11.3.0 had issues with text message campaigns, and that worked.Could this be the cause of the problem I’m experiencing after updating to version 11.4.0?

However, I am still facing issues with the broadcast feature. All campaigns remain stuck in processing status and no messages are being sent, even though single message sending works fine. Could you please check if there is a bug in v11.4.0 related to broadcast?
