@Magd Almuntaser,baik pak terima kasih untuk penjelasan nya. itu karena saya memakai shared hosting , tapi apakah anda ada saran bagaimana cara memperkuat whatsapp agar tidak mudah terblokir saat blasting? karena saya setiap hari melakukan kampanye ke semua pelanggan saya untuk info promo , update , dll tapi selalu terblokir

dan mungkin saat kampanye apakah bisa di tambahkan kode untuk penyebutan karena saya lihat di sini hanya ada penyebutan nama {name}

mungkin kalau ada penyebutan tanggal misalnya {date} , atau di buat kode acak {random}, {time} , dll bisa sedikit membantu karena agar konten/informasi blast tidak 100% duplikat

jika ada pesan wa yang terkirim melalui api atau tidak maka akan di kirimkan callback
agar mudah untuk di cek jika pengirisam wa secara banyak

saya sudah pasang webhooknya dan jika ada pesan wa yang status Failed itu tidak mengirim ke webhook, jadi seperti sebuah pesan jika ada pesan yang gagal di mpwa maka server kita mendapatkan informasi kalau wa gagal di proses atai di kirim (Failed)

saya juga berfikir apakah saya masih ada yang salah dalam proses settingnya ^_^

Webhook : meneruskan pesan yang masuk/keluar
API : mengirim pesan, ada response json nya apakah terkirim/gagal

If you're using files other than my official files, you'll need to replace all your files. Therefore, I've put a disclaimer in the post that I won't support any files that have been modified by other members.
If you're using only my official files, you'll need to go to NodeJS, stop it, and then start it again. Don't use the restart button, as it doesn't implement the new changes. It just restarts the old file as it is in its environment. Therefore, you'll need to stop it and then start it.

@Magd Almuntaser , Can it be updated in the next update to the manage menu on the front page, in the contact menu text content? There's no need to update it to the default with each version update, as it's complicated and time-consuming. Just change the contact text content.

Aman kok di saya. Update nya versi resmi yaa di menu Updates/Pembaharuan sistem. Kalau masih bermasalah coba logout dan login kembali devices nya dan Test kembali kampanye...

@Magd Almuntaser, Yes, because every update requires changing the contact data again, so it takes time, especially since there are so many languages. Sebelumnya saya hanya replace folder server dan file server.js dengan versi resmi yang 11.2.0 karena versi 11.3.0 mengalami kendala dalam campaign pesan teks dan itu berhasil.

Apakah itu penyebab masalah yang saya alami setelah update ke versi 11.4.0?

Yes, you need to remove folder (server) and upload the new (server) folder ..
server.js has not been modified since version 10.0.0, so if someone modified it for you, you should use the server.js file in 11.4.0

I have already done a clean install by removing the previous version and replacing it with the official latest release (v11.4.0). However, I am still facing issues with the broadcast feature. All campaigns remain stuck in processing status and no messages are being sent, even though single message sending works fine. Could you please check if there is a bug in v11.4.0 related to broadcast?

Ok your node js not working .. you need to open troubleshoot page to see status your system ..

if open that mean your nodejs is working .. if not working that mean you need to start your nodejs or config it
