@Magd Almuntaser I hadn't sent a message through Campaign since the new version (v12.0.1) came out. Today, when I prepared to send a Campaign message, I noticed that I didn't see the option to select a contact list. Why did you do this in this update? It's beyond my understanding. I hope that in the next update, you'll provide the option to select a contact list from the phone book when sending a Campaign.

spektakuler di antara tools sejenisnya . dan bisa berguna juga untuk yang lain. dan di bawah ini adalah beberapa fitur yang saya lihat di tools lain

The contact list already exists in the campaigns!!

No, you didn't follow the instructions. The explanation is very clear, and if you followed it correctly, you wouldn't encounter any problems. Remember that there are things called Apache and Nginx, so make sure you know your hosting type and follow the tutorials, as there are many tutorials available for your hosting type.

I saw your comment on my (VPS-Nginx) video, so make sure you know your hosting type first and then follow the compatible video.

I told you that your mistake is that Node.js isn't working, my friend. I repeated it twice to tell you that your problem is that you didn't follow the video tutorial to run Node.js correctly. I also told you that there are two things called Nginx and Apache, and they have completely different setups. So, follow the 100% correct tutorial that matches the video. Remember that even if you're using Cloudflare or not, the method differs, so you should watch the correct video that's suitable for your hosting.

You haven't specified your current version!
You can update to the latest version from the update page without any problems.

If you downgrade to the older version, you will lose support for any issues in the future. First, backup your website so you can restore it if you make any mistakes.

Then, you can downgrade to the previous version by saving the .env file, the credentials folder, and the storage folder to your PC. After that, remove files from your website and upload the previous (version 11) to your site. Then, restore the credentials folder, the .env file, and the storage folder you saved on your PC and upload them to your website. Next, go to these links:

https://yoursite.com/view-clear


This will downgrade you to the previous version.

I'm trying to reduce the video size to 3 MB.

For both images and videos, the videos are sent during the campaign.

However, for auto-replies, when running the auto-reply, the video media doesn't respond and doesn't send successfully.

If auto-replies work for images, how can I fix this? Can you help?

The issue will be reviewed. This is the third time you've posted the same thing yesterday and today. Remember that I monitor all comments here, and if I don't reply to someone, it's not because I don't want to, but because I've received their comment and am working on it.

Yes, because the message sending system has changed. Sending is no longer done within a separate environment. Previously, when you sent a campaign, it was placed in a separate environment. Because of this, you couldn't create two consecutive campaigns since you can't create two environments simultaneously on shared hosting. Also, because shared hosting reduces VRAM, you couldn't send two campaigns at the same time and had to wait for the first campaign to finish before starting the second. Furthermore, the environment system consumed more server resources.

However, in version 12, the system was changed to remove the environment system and replace it with a variable system. Therefore, the campaign pause button no longer works. I will try to re-enable the pause button, and if I can't, it will be removed in future versions.

It works without problems. Remember that the phonebook must contain the phone number and the recipient's name, because {name} uses the name you entered in the phonebook.
The recipient's name from WhatsApp cannot be used because it doesn't provide that name.
So you need to put name and number in phonebook.

Previously, in older versions, as I mentioned, each campaign created a separate environment, so your site couldn't handle it due to shared hosting. However, in newer versions 12 and above, campaigns can be sent with all users without any problems.

It works fine with auto-replies, even if the contact number isn't saved in my phone book. But it's just not working with templates ! That's why I asked you this question.
