It depends on what/who's db you are using

if you don't know the credentials then just change it in the database table name is tbl_admin

give any user name and password , for the password you don't need any encryption just enter plain text it will work

Well thr isn't any working files 

it isn't just missing the SQL file admin panel and android source code broken

you just have to make it work  by fixing it

its inside your sql file you can check thr

if you can't figure out the password, or if it is encrypted then just replace it with any plain text

that plain text will be your password
