Tried that. Still receiving Error 403.

I've got it to work, sort of. managed to complete installation, but now all of the default permissions for all of the folders are 700, and no views are being loaded. Just unstyled HTML. No data seems to be loading, or JavaScript for that matter. Assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
