Just ignore and you can login without any issues. Delete Install folder on root directory before logging in

Please do the following to solve this issue.

 

1.Make php version 7.3/7.4. Try both versions.
2.Make sure the .htaccess file is in the root directory of the software and the content is not modified.

3.Give full permission to all the software files/folders.
