not working licence

it is not working , showing invalid Purchase code, also any one know how to install whatscloud in nginx server ( send the rewrite rule )

Was able to get it installed but can't stop it from error 403. Which says

when accessing the website installation showing following error : 403,Your license is invalid or expired. Please contact support
